该不会是乘飞机去星国买邮票，买回国再从本国寄回新国吧。
这次国辩太多奇怪的手续了。

安全点还是到新传媒索取吧。要是邮差偷懒或是飞机迷路，那就错失了观赛的机会了。

Excuse me, let me make sure about that...
So you mean...If I send the mails in Singapore locally(in a local address), then I can get the tickets by mail directly, right?

But if you mean it's still not safe to get the tickets through this way, then how can I ask for tickets personally? Go by bus to the media building?

I guess the Media wants more local people to be the audience, which imposes more effcient effect for the commercial benefits.
