Open Source Agreement on CNWPC DebateTimer

经过一年半左右的开发，小晓辩论计时器现在已相对完善，广泛应用于许多单位的辩论赛上。为了使软件更好的发展，并使大家获得更好的自定功能，CNWPC Technologies决定开放本软件源代码，以下是对本软件开源的协议，您只有符合本协议的条件下才能使用本软件及其源代码。
After the development of one and half years, CNWPC DebateTimer is now rather perfect for use. We seek to a better future for our software, and making it more suitable for everyone to use, so we decided to open the source code of our software. Below is the Open Source Agreement on CNWPC DebateTimer, you can use our software and its source code as long as you agree the following entries.
1.著作权。对本软件源代码（不包含引用的第三方代码）进行任何复制或采用（包括但不限于基于本软件源代码的修改）需在软件版权页或窗体内添加“CNWPC Technologies”字样的版权声明。版权声明可以是任何描述方式，如鸣谢。如果您（部分）采用的是继承于本软件代码的软件代码（不包含引用的第三方代码），则需同时对CNWPC Technologies及继承作者进行版权声明。
1.Copyright. If you use the source code completely or partially (reference of third-party source code excluded), you shall add the announcement with the phrase CNWPC Technologies. Note this announcement can be presented under any shape of depiction, such as Thanks to. If you use completely or partially the source code of softwares inherited from CNWPC DebateTimer, you shall add announcement for CNWPC Technologies and the author of inherited software both.
2.免费原则。凡采用或部分采用小晓辩论计时器之代码（不包含引用的第三方代码），您必须至少以免费使用（或同样开放源代码）的原则对软件进行发布，而不可进行赢利或商业授权的发布。但是对于提供软件本身之外的服务（如定制或者电话支持），则不受免费原则的限制，您可以基于此进行个人或团体的商业盈利，但由于服务所派生的软件本身则需同样符合本条所述之免费原则。
2.Free Principle. Any software developed from the source code (partially or completely, reference of third-party source code excluded) of CNWPC DebateTimer should be released at least under the principle of being free to use (or open source also). You cannot release this software under any profit or commercial principle. But if you offer support or maintenance service for the software (such as customization or support on the phone), this support or maintenance is not under the restriction of free principle. You can get profit under this entry, but any derived software other than the support or maintenance service for it should also be under the restriction of free principle.
3.无担保。凡使采用或部分采用了小晓辩论计时器之代码（不包含引用的第三方代码）的软件，且并未享受开发个人或团体所提供的软件本身之外服务的，原版或派生版软件作者均无需为软件的使用进行任何担保，使用者对使用过程进行全权负责。请注意此条并未表明提供软件之外服务的个人或团体是否提供担保，这取决于以本条例为基础的，由提供软件之外服务的个人或团体所提供的服务协议。
3.No Guarantee. If any softwares developed from the source code completely or partially (reference of third-party source code excluded) of CNWPC DebateTimer, and you are not supported with the service by any one or organization other than the software itself, there would be no guarantee for this software from the author. The user should be responsible for the whole process of using the software and its source code. Note that this entry does not specify whether the person or organization who gives support or maintenance for the software should give guarantee or not. This is under extra agreement given by that person or organization, which is also under the restriction of this agreement.
4.版本限制。本协议仅适用于相应某一个（或者一些）版本的小晓辩论计时器软件及代码，后续版本小晓辩论计时器软件及代码在未声明的情况下符合最近的条例版本，如若声明则以后续版本对应的条例版本为准。
4.Version Restrictions. This agreement is only corresponding to one (or some) version(s) of CNWPC DebateTimer and its source code. Any version afterward without special announcement should be corresponding to the agreement of the nearest version. If the version afterward is with announcement of agreement, it is corresponding to the new one.
5.保留权利。CNWPC Technologies保留对本软件（仅限原版代码）的一切著作权，继承开发者保留其相应著作权。CNWPC Technologies保留对本协议的最终解释权。CNWPC Technologies保留对违反本协议之行为进行法律追究的权力。最终协议的涵义以简体中文版本为准，其它语言的协议仅为易于理解所用。
6.Rights Reserved. CNWPC Technologies reserves all the copyrights of this software(only the original source code). Inherited software authors have their own copyrights. CNWPC Technologies reserves the right of final explanation for this agreement. CNWPC Technologies reserves the rights to charge illegal use of our software or source code upon anyone. The final meaning of this agreement is of criterion to the Simplified Chinese version.
